Dolphin research center and the turtle hospital

spent the morning in the marathon Dolphin research center. We saw some baby Dolphins and thr mom's as well.we also went to the Turtle Hospital which was a fascinating tour we saw all sorts of turtles and learned how to help them be safe bye properly throwing away our trash in our fishing lines.

Summer in the keys

Today was our first full day in the Florida keys at mami and papi's house. It was an amazing first day full of discoveries. You can see in the pictures the bricey is fishing and has caught 3 fish and his big trap has caught an additional 3 fish. That makes him the best Fisher kid I know.

Calen has taken his windsurf board out to stand up paddle board a few times and he just looks so peaceful and so focused as he paddled across the water. We also went to the local beach and bryce snorkeled for the first time floating and watching the fish.

I even got to play some with my spear gun. I speared a hog fish today and we ate it for dinner.

Car, bus, airport, airplane, car...

We crossed the country in a single trip today from Sebastopol to Miami Florida and then on to the Florida Keys tomorrow.

A short day since we lost 3 hours and a long day because we've been sitting all day.

Bryce's favorite part was playing in the sfo airport kids area. There was a spinning feature that they hung on to get really dizzy.

Calen's favorite part was the same.

Alexander Valley Russian River trip

We went down the more advanced part of the Russian River canoe trip today. The boys had a blast. They picked up tons of trash and got free ice cream at the end.

At the old saw mill historical site

Every year this time of year they open an old saw mill that runs off of steam engines and bring in a redwood trunk and show the old ways for milling lumber. This was our first year going to see it. It was an amazing experience that we really enjoyed

Bryce's birthday party at school

In Kindergarten, for Bryce's 7th birthday he got a Maple Syrup Lemon butterscotch cake; a handmade pouch with pencils and paper, a crown, and a book of pictures drawn for him by each child in the class.
